SHAREWARE AGREEMENT

The Programs are provided for evaluation purposes. The user is granted a license to use 
the Programs for the purpose of determining the suitability of the Programs to the user's 
requirements, for an evaluation period not to exceed one calendar month.

At the expiration of this evaluation period, the user must register the Programs and remit 
to Kalmbach & Hamm Solutions the requisite registration fee ($25.00) if use of the Programs 
is to continue.

These Shareware Programs are NOT for hire, nor for sale or re-sale.

The Shareware Programs may be freely distributed provided that no fee is charged for the 
Programs, with the sole exception being a distribution fee not to exceed eight dollars ($8).

Distribution of the Programs is limited to distribution of the complete shareware package, 
that is the executable program files and all documentation and registration files, and all 
copyright information as supplied in this archive, unabridged and unmodified.

ACCEPTANCE

Your use of any or all of these Programs constitutes an acceptance of this Shareware License

Run a:\setup to start the installation of AutoMan


System requirements for AutoMan:

   1.  Microsoft Windows version 3.0 higher
   2.  610 KB of disc space
   3.  mouse or pointing device

Context sensitive online help is available by depressing the "F1" key 
when setting AutoMan options.


All options are stored in AUTOMAN.INI in your windows directory.  Under normal
conditions it will not be necessary to edit this file directly.  The only option
which is not changed using the options dialog is the filter option.  The form of 
option is as follows:

Filter=x

where x is the number of milliseconds AutoMan will wait for your desktop to
stabilize before maximizing or minimizing any windows.  The default for x is
55 milliseconds which should normally be sufficient for optimum response.
